Project Blueshift, led by the Anomalous Phenomena Contact and Communication Centre (APCCC), investigates whether human consciousness can interact with Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs) through human-initiated contact events (HICE). It uses methods like CE5 (Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind) and psionics to explore this connection.
Participants will engage in group meditations, focusing on peaceful intentions, and use psychic techniques like remote viewing and telepathy. Technology, such as sensors and cameras, will support these efforts.
